- Alternative – Cancellation & Reorder: If you notice an error in your order, you can cancel it within 4 hours of placement (see “Order Cancellations” below) and place a new, corrected order.

4. How to Initiate a Return

- Ship it to the return address provided by our support team.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and sharing the tracking number with us.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs.
- Devynglensnow Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product), Devynglensnow will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the shipping cost upon approval of your return.
6. Refund Processing
